Recipe Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork (cut in cubes)
- 2 onions (thinly chopped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons gur
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- Salt as needed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe Instructions
- Take cumin seeds, garlic paste, ginger paste, paprika, oregano and turmeric powder in a food processor and process until fine mixture.

- In the meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add the marinated pork with spices, cook for about 5 minutes at medium high with occasional stirring to avoid the spices to burn.
- Now add the chopped onions and again cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the pork is tender and properly cooked.
- Finally add gur and mix well.
- Take out in a serving dish, garnish with chopped mint and serve hot.
