- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

For Beef Filling:
- 1 pound beef mince
- Salt as needed
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- Black pepper as needed
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe Instructions
- Take white flour in a bowl and add salt, black pepper and chicken powder, mix well then add water and 1 tablespoon oil, mix well. Rub the flour until there are no lumps and the flour is a hard and smooth mixture. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- In the meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, sauté for 4 minutes or until translucent then add cumin powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, black pepper, dried coriander, red chili powder, salt and black pepper and mix well. Finally add beef mince, cover the lid and cook until the beef is properly done for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Now make small flat breads from that flour mixture and roll properly with roller, for samosa you need thin breads.
- Cut the breads into two pieces. Then take one half and place the beef mixture in the centre. Now pat little water on the straight side of the bread and slowly flap the one edge of the round portion onto the straight side to make a triangular shape. Seal the samosa with fingers. Repeat the same procedure with all of the breads and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and add the samosas, fry for about 2 minutes on each side then take out in a serving dish with paper towel to absorb extra oil.
- Serve the hot samosa with imli chutney and enjoy
